Black Lantern is a custom tattoo studio on Kostoryz Road in Corpus Christi: ten resident artists, sixteen styles, open seven days a week. We designed the identity, from the blackletter wordmark to the lantern mark, and built the site around the one thing a visitor wants to do: pick an artist and book them. Booking runs on BLKTIDE, our own studio software, so every request, deposit, and appointment lands in one place.

BLKTIDE runs the business side of tattooing: a booking inbox that turns requests into appointments, a calendar that guards the artist's hours, deposits that hold the date, live tax estimates with quarterly set-asides, flash for sale, and a Tattoo Passport that gives every client a private link instead of a login. Installs like an app, free for solo artists.
