Privacy Policy
Effective September 2026
OniPixel ("we", "us") operates onipixel.dev. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us through the contact form and the minimum technical data needed to run and improve the site. We don't sell data and we don't run advertising.
What we collect
- Inquiry details. When you submit the contact form we store your name, email, phone and company if provided, and what you tell us about your project.
- Attribution. The page you submitted from, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the URL, so we know how people find us.
- Technical data. Your IP address and browser user agent, recorded with your inquiry to prevent abuse and spam.
- Server logs. Standard request logs kept for a limited time for security and debugging.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, scope and deliver work you ask us to do, protect the site from abuse, and understand which pages and channels lead to real conversations. We do not use your inquiry to send marketing email.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking cookies. A session cookie is set only for staff signed in to our admin area.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email delivery) under contract, or when required by law. We never sell or rent personal information.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as we have a business reason to keep them, typically while a conversation or engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@onipixel.dev and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
