Everything on this site, including text, design, and code, belongs to OniPixel unless noted otherwise. The OniWorks framework is open source under the MIT license.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we make no guarantees about either, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of it.

Proposals and estimates

Information on this site about pricing, timelines, or outcomes is general. Nothing here is a binding offer. Actual scope, price, and schedule are set out in a written proposal and agreement for each engagement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to the courts of Nueces County, Texas.
